Established in 1999 by owner Jim McGill, Cherry Hill Pool & Spa has grown into New England’s leading fiberglass pool installation company. Our home office remains proudly rooted in Pembroke, MA, near the intersection of Route 53 & Route 14. In 2014, we expanded with a second location in Marlborough, CT, where we store and prepare pools prior to installation.
With over 1,600 satisfied customers across Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Maine, Cherry Hill is recognized for its experience, reliability, and commitment to excellence.

Jim McGill
Owner
Jim McGill has spent most of his life in Scituate and Marshfield, MA, where his roots in landscaping eventually led him to discover the fiberglass pool industry—a passion he’s pursued since founding Cherry Hill Pool & Spa in 1999.
Known for his business savvy, relentless work ethic, and tenacity, Jim has built more than just a company—he’s built a reputation. His honesty, generosity, and loyalty shine through in every project, and his love for his growing family remains at the heart of everything he does.
Joanne Davis
Bookkeeper
Joanne has been a valued member of Cherry Hill Pool & Spa for over 19 years. She oversees all accounts receivable and payable, and in recent years, her role has grown to include purchasing all parts and equipment for our projects.
A proud mother of two boys, Joanne brings both dedication and heart to everything she does. She also calls Pembroke home, making her an integral part of our local community and company family.
Jennifer Hall
Project Manager
Originally from Newport Beach, CA, Jen joined Cherry Hill Pool & Spa in 2014 after a 18-year career in the internet software industry. She now oversees contracts, project management, and scheduling—ensuring every detail runs smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Jen’s energy doesn’t slow down. Whether she’s diving into a new DIY project or traveling to visit one of her five children or five grandchildren, she brings the same passion and precision to everything she does.
Sheila Kiely
CT - Office Mgr & Tiling
Since joining Cherry Hill Pool & Spa in 2014, Sheila has been the friendly face managing our Connecticut office. Over the years, her role has grown to include tile selection and installation—making her our go-to expert for adding the perfect finishing touch to every pool.
Sheila personally installs the tile on every project, ensuring quality and style go hand in hand. She shares her workspace with her beloved sidekick, Shorty Jones—so if you're stopping by, don’t forget the treats!
Chris Teuton
Senior Installation Specialtist, Machine Operator
Chris has been with Cherry Hill Pool & Spa since day one, bringing decades of hands-on experience and dedication to every project. As our lead installer, he oversees excavations, machinery moves, and site preparations—ensuring each job starts off strong and runs smoothly.
Chris lives in Pembroke with his wife and two daughters, and he’s famously known for his unmatched skill in the excavator. In fact, some say, “They’d let him brush their teeth with the machine.” Yes—he’s that good.
Alfred "Freddy" Gouveia
CDL Driver, Installations
Meet Freddy, our head CDL driver at Cherry Hill since 2019. With over 30 years of experience, he expertly hauls our heavy machinery and pools to each installation. No access area is tight for Freddy, making him an invaluable member of our team. You can always count on him to get the job done right!
Andrew Weiland
Lead Installer, Machine Operator
With over 15 years at Cherry Hill Pool & Spa, Andrew brings unmatched expertise to every job site. He leads both our plumbing and grading crews and is our go-to resource for construction and service questions—especially when working with customer subcontractors.
Andrew’s deep knowledge of the entire installation process makes him one of our most trusted team members from start to finish. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of three and a passionate sports fan, with a special love for basketball.
Matt Foye
CDL, Machine Operator, Installations
Matt joined Cherry Hill Pool & Spa in 2019 and quickly became a versatile asset to our construction team. From installation and plumbing to backfilling and service, Matt handles it all with skill and enthusiasm.
As a licensed CDL operator, he’s also responsible for transporting oversized loads—including machinery and pools—safely and efficiently. A proud Pembroke native, Matt brings great energy to every job site and is always a pleasure to work with.
